We offer a variety of team development interventions. For example, The Team Boost is a quick half day workshop to boost the teams energy so it can power over it’s immediate hurdles.
DeliverSprint2Finish is our intermediate team development offer aimed at teams facing a medium term challenge. For example finishing off a significant project with 6 months to go or producing must win bid.

What to expect
In the first Leadership Team Focus Day (LTFD) we rapidly enable the team to gain consensus on its goal, the remarkable result. And then to produce their draft strategy to get from here to there. From the strategy the team agrees priorities and develops their Team Plan for the next three months.
In the second LTFD the team assesses and appreciates its progress, identifies the priorities in relation to their goal and develop a new Team Plan for the next three months.
There are monthly team reviews between the LTFDs and we coach the leader to ensure the team follows through and maximises its progress prior to the next LTFD. This process is repeated from start to finish.
Our process builds alignment and follow through and your team delivers remarkable results.
Our Process
The process involves a series of Leadership Team Focus Days where all the team members are present, engaged, and work together to appreciate progress, identify priorities and produce a team plan to advance towards the desired remarkable result. LTFDs are repeated from wherever we start right through to the finish – the realisation of the desired remarkable result.
We facilitate the process and coach the team leader.
Participant feedback
We have held over a thousand Team Focus Days and Team Focus Zooms in the last twenty years. We get participant feedback at the end of every session; this is a six year pile of sheets.
We analyzed these feedback sheets for the words used most frequently by our customers and represented what we found in the word cloud.

In-Person or Online?
Since Lockdown, we have successfully embraced online coaching. Now we are offering leadership team coaching in-person and online via Zoom.
Our in-person programmes are in two easy to reach locations: one near Leeds Bradford Airport, and the other near Newcastle Airport.
Online coaching via Zoom remains a successful option for teams looking to avoid the time and expense of travel to a common location.
