About DSA Building Performance
DSA was established in 2001 by Dave Stitt. Our aim is to transform the UK construction industry little bit by little bit, one team, one project and one business at a time, drip, drip, drip.
DSA stands for Dave Stitt and associates. Building Performance is all about building team performance with a double play on the word “building”. DSA Building Performance works with leaders who build strategic infrastructure within the construction industry.
Our business is executive team coaching
In the early years we build up a team of associates who delivered programmes mainly designed by Dave Stitt in response to customer needs.
Over time we have developed our DeliverStart2Finish programme and now that’s mainly what we offer. We are very niche, if you want to develop your top team and deliver remarkable results you have come to the right place.
In 2009, when things were tough following the financial crash, we conducted an extensive customer survey. We learnt that our clients wanted Dave to do the delivery and so that is how it is now.
