You’re allowed to do what you love
Most of us spend too much time in the other zones, especially the zones of dreary competence and passionless skill.
Sometimes this is out of necessity, but sometimes it’s because we don’t think we’re allowed to do more of what we love and less of what we don’t.
You’ll be more useful and happy if you can unload accountabilities that pull you out of your zone of mastery.
This is one of the secret mysteries of deep and deliberate delegation.
