Ryder – Design excellence and improved profit

Ryder is an award winning international architecture practice with offices in Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Newcastle, Hong Kong and Vancouver.
In December 2014 the partners decided to restructure the organisation and change the way it delivered technical design.

The aim was to enable design excellence and improve profitability.

DSA delivered a year long Collaborate Start2Finish™ programme which enabled Ryder leaders to bring about the change. Also, our Delegate4Results™ programme was rolled out across the organisation to enhance leadership, management and productivity.

• 2016 was the company’s most profitable ever
• Having fallen out of the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies listing, the business bounced back into the top ten – its highest ever ranking
• It was a finalist in Building Magazine’s Architectural Practice of the Year Awards
