Time frame
Over one week:
Three one hour remote (Zoom) sessions, each focusing on one team priority working towards desired outcome.
Optional: Check in with team in 60 days.
How does it work?
Realtime coaching with feedback on team dynamic and patterns at play.
Objective reality feedback for increased awareness and change.
"Bookend" - set up and debrief individual coaching with the team leader.

- £2500 + VAT per series of three LAC and leader bookend session
- £1250 as optional extra as part of DS2F programme to build early momentum
