MORNING

Meet the team in a virtual conference room.

Introductions.

Explore individual and team aspirations for success and why.

 

 

 

NOON

Early lunch

Take time to relax over lunch.

Go for a walk, get some fresh air or spend time with family or colleagues.

 

 

 

AFTERNOON

Individual one-to-one conversations

Guided by Net Promoter methodology, talk about 'how things are' in confidence with an independent outsider.

I take anonymous notes, grouped into themes for later sharing back into the team, all with permission.

We have been on this project for over four years and have done really well to get this far though we had a real challenge to get it over the line.
