Morgan Sindall ISB – Delivering exponential growth in collaborative national frameworks
Morgan Sindall is a decentralised business, allowing local autonomy across six regions, each led by an MD and senior management team.
One challenge of a decentralised philosophy comes when attempting to secure work through public sector frameworks.
The need was recognised for a central coordinating team to harness all the great work done regionally into a coherent and compelling narrative to secure places on national frameworks
Integrated Strategic Business (ISB) team was established in December 2017, under the leadership of Andy Hall. At that time the consolidated business plans across all regions assumed only a nominal amount of its overall planned volume being secured through national frameworks in 2018.
In early 2018 Andy commissioned DSA to coach ISB to becoming a fully functioning team with a clear and compelling vision for the future and a delivery plan to achieve it.
Remarkable Results
Our DeliverStart2Finish™ programme comprised quarterly Team Focus Days with monthly reviews and individual coaching. The programme started in May 2018 and finished at the end of 2019. The ISB Team went on to deliver their vision and supported the Morgan Sindall Regions to achieve some remarkable results in a relatively short period of time. Commenting on value to the business, this is what Andy Hall said recently:
