Curated Leadership Conversation™ is one of our Leadership for Results programmes. We curate conversations between groups of leaders from the same company about aspects of leadership, and they talk about them in the context of their business.
Between them, they sort out what they need to sort out to create an environment for success. It’s not a course, it’s work, although they are sure to learn about what really matters and about each other, coming out the other end a stronger leadership unit.
In one of the early sessions, we enable the participants to distinguish between doing, managing and leading and, from that point onwards, the conversation is about leadership.

Having just completed your Curated Leadership Conversations programme with my colleagues in our senior leadership team, I’d like to share feedback with you.
It was useful that we clearly defined the difference between management and leadership – I felt we previously tended towards management, though the conversations have shifted us to collective leadership.
The main thing I have taken from the series is that I now look to my Team to develop their own ideas with support and guidance from myself, as opposed to providing my opinions first. And I’m adopting some of the approaches to get my people on-board.
