What are you actually doing with your weeks?
Arguing with a client over the terms of a contract, when you could be out meeting better customers?
Inspecting scaffolding when you could be setting up a culture of safety in the organisation?
Negotiating with a disgruntled member of the public when you could be lunching investors to build confidence in your brand?
Bogging down in production schedules when you could be meeting the joint venture partner that will open the door to a big new market?
